Founders and operators gathered during a No Sympathy experience

Who this is for

The room is the point

This experience is built for founders, operators, and high performers who would rather build a relationship through shared pressure than exchange another stack of business cards.

You do not need prior firearms, skydiving, or track experience. You need to be willing to show up, follow instruction, and enter unfamiliar territory without pretending you already know everything.

The guest list is reviewed in advance because the quality of the room matters.

Private range experience

Discipline before speed.

The first environment is a professionally controlled live-fire range. Every attendee begins with a safety briefing, then moves through structured instruction with experienced practitioners. First-timers and experienced shooters are coached at the level they arrive.

The briefing

Three environments. Two days. A different baseline.

Live-fire range training during a No Sympathy experience

THE RANGE

Live fire training with state-of-the-art firearms and ammunition, plus one-on-one coaching from seasoned tactical professionals.

Tandem freefall during a No Sympathy skydiving experience

THE SKY

A full skydive experience from approximately 12,000 feet, led by jumpmasters who do this every day.

Porsche circuit driving during a No Sympathy experience

THE TRACK

Porsches on a real circuit, with professional drivers coaching from the right seat.

Private dinner table prepared for No Sympathy VIP attendees

The host

Hosted by Luis Garcia

Luis Garcia is the founder and CEO of Law of Ambition and a veteran-turned-entrepreneur.

For this weekend, Luis is bringing together a reviewed group of founders, operators, and high performers around professionally led experiences that demand presence.

This is not an open ticket drop. The guest list is reviewed before anyone is confirmed because access means nothing if the room is wrong.

Practitioners, not personalities

The people teaching have done the thing.

  • The range is run by grand master shooters and special operators.
  • The jump is run by jumpmasters with thousands of exits between them.
  • The track is run by professional drivers who race for a living.

Accepted applicants receive a short briefing call before payment confirms their seat.

What you leave with

The weekend ends. The reference point does not.

A real read on yourself

See how you respond to unfamiliar pressure with professional guidance beside you.

A deliberately selected room

Two uninterrupted days with people accustomed to responsibility, risk, and decisive action.

A story with weight

Not another seminar notebook. An experience you went through together.

Questions worth answering

Do I need to be athletic or experienced?

No. Every activity is built for first-timers and seasoned attendees alike. Your skydive can be tandem, range work starts at fundamentals, and the track session has a professional driver in the right seat.

Is this safe?

The activities are intense; the execution is not improvised. Each discipline is run by professionals with equipment, protocols, and oversight designed for that activity.

What if I get there and do not want to jump?

You do not jump. Nobody is forced into anything. The weekend is built so you can dial up or dial back at every station.

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself, ID, and clothes you do not mind getting dirty. A full packing list is sent two weeks out. Firearms, ammunition, helmets, harnesses, and eye and ear protection are provided; you may bring your own firearm if you prefer.

Is lodging included?

No. You book your own lodging. A short list of recommended hotels near the venue is sent after your spot is confirmed.

Can I bring someone with me?

Each ticket is for one attendee. If you want to attend as a pair or small group, tell us in your application before booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings are final and non-transferable. Review the linked Event Terms before booking; those terms control if anything on this page differs.
