LAW OF AMBITION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024

These terms and conditions automatically replace any terms and conditions you may have received previously.


TERMS OF CHANGE

  1. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND UPDATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
  2. Any significant updates affecting program policies or client obligations will be sent to enrolled clients via email within 48 hours of the change.
  3. Clients will have 5 business days to review these updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may choose to terminate your participation within this period, subject to all existing payment obligations. Please note that, as per our policy, no refunds will be issued for any termination of participation.
  4. The most recent version of these terms is always available on our official website at https://nosympathy.com/pages/program-terms-and-conditions, and you can also find them on our calendar booking pages.

REFUNDS

This is a strictly non-refundable program.

  1. All investments are FULL and FINAL, and a refund will NOT be provided under any circumstance, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  2. We advise individuals to carefully consider whether they're suitable for, and committed to, this program before signing up.

RESULTS & INDEMNITY

  1. Your results from the program will vary depending on factors such as your goals, commitment to implementing strategies, attendance, and the quality and honesty of the information you provide.
  2. The mentoring services provided do not guarantee specific results, and the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Law of Ambition and its affiliates for any outcomes, including lost profits or anticipated gains.
  3. Application of the advice provided is YOUR responsibility and choice.

PROGRAM INITIATION

  1. Clients are required to complete their 3-2-1 form and schedule their onboarding call within one week (5 working days) of signing up for the program.
  2. Failure to do so may result in program termination without refund.

SERVICE

  1. The service agreement is effective upon receipt of payment for the issued invoice, which constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions. Program participation will commence upon delivery of the welcome email.
  2. You have one bi-weekly session (lasting up to 30 minutes) with Luis or a member of the Law of Ambition Team, which you can schedule using the calendar links provided.
  3. Your first session must be scheduled during the week immediately following your onboarding call.
  4. Missed sessions due to failure to schedule or user error on the part of the client are non-compensable. No exceptions.
  5. We advise that you schedule your sessions as far in advance as possible to ensure that you get a spot on our calendars. Please note, appointments cannot be made with less than 48 hours notice, so if you leave scheduling to the last minute and can't get a spot, that will count as a missed session that week.
  6. If you need any support, have any questions about your program, or are struggling to book a session, please email support@lawofambition.com
  7. All administrative issues must go through support@lawofambition.com and NOT directly to Luis. This includes booking, cancellations or rescheduled appointments, payments, etc. Failure to go through the proper channels may result in unintended consequences such as sessions being lost due to miscommunication.
  8. Enrollment on this program is for ONE individual only - this is NOT a joint program.
  9. This program is for you and you will have to be vulnerable at times. In order for us to create that safe space, we ask for you to please respect our meetings by ensuring you're alone and can hear and speak clearly without any distractions.
  10. Pausing the program is not permitted under any circumstances, except for documented health issues supported by a licensed medical doctor's note.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You are responsible for scheduling all your sessions. This is a foundational requirement of the program, reflecting your commitment to showing up, doing the work, and making progress. We will not issue reminders or book sessions on your behalf.
  2. Should you fail to book your sessions each week, they will count as missed sessions and you will not be allowed to add them to the end of your program. For genuine emergencies* and reasons for not being able to schedule, please email support@lawofambition.com, NOT Luis, to communicate and check with us instead of assuming it's ok to not book.
  3. You are responsible for preparing for your sessions in advance and completing any actions agreed upon during previous sessions. Failure to prepare will only result in wasting your time and ours and may result in cancellation of the session.
  4. As part of the program, you are required to complete our client tracker sheet. This is a mandatory component that must be filled out immediately after each session and updated at least 24 hours before your next session. Failure to meet these deadlines or to complete the tracker will result in the immediate forfeiture of your next session, and it will count as a missed session.

EMERGENCY* EXCEPTION CLAUSE

  1. An "emergency" is defined as a life-threatening situation, hospitalization, or an immediate family member (grandparents, parents, siblings, children) experiencing a critical health event. Verification, such as a doctor's note or other credible documentation, may be required to qualify as an emergency. 
  2. Non-emergency scheduling issues, personal preferences, or minor inconveniences will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

CANCELLATION

  1. If you need to cancel a session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to support@lawofambition.com or you'll lose that session for the week (with the exception of a qualified emergency* as defined above).
  2. Sessions will be forfeited if you're more than 5 minutes late without prior communication. This policy exists because punctuality and reliability are foundational requirements for business success. If a client cannot maintain these basic commitments, it indicates a broader challenge with program engagement and business readiness.
  3. If we need to cancel a session due to a schedule conflict on our side, we'll make sure we reschedule that session to protect you and your investment with us.

TERMINATION

  1. If you miss 2 sessions in a row, your program contract will be terminated with NO REFUND. A session is considered missed if you don’t schedule, are a no-show, are more than 5 minutes late to your session without prior communication, fail to make your scheduled payment on time, or fail to update your tracker within the required timeframe.
  2. Your contract will be terminated with NO REFUND if you fail to keep up with your payment plan (see below if applicable to your situation).
  3. If the client fails to respond within 1 week (5 working days) after three contact attempts, the project will be considered abandoned and terminated, with all assets and services forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES

  1. If you enroll in a payment plan with us, you have committed to pay the full amount of the program cost within the agreed-upon timeframe. You are bound by the terms and conditions of the plan and may not cancel or discontinue payments until the full cost of the program has been paid, regardless of whether you choose to complete the program or not.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring all your agreed payments are made on time and on the dates agreed before you start your program.
  3. Missed or late payments will incur a late fee of $40 per day and sessions canceled/workload frozen with immediate effect until payment is received.
  4. After 7 days of non-payment, your program and any additional services that are part of your package will be terminated without a refund. NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE OF SERVICES WILL BE OFFERED AND ACCESS TO ANY ASSETS WE CREATED FOR YOU AS PART OF YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE REVOKED.
  5. In the event that a partial payment is made towards your amount due, your program will continue to be paused with no sessions allowed until completed within 7 days of the partial payment date or your program will be terminated without a refund. Please note the late fee of $40 per day still applies with partial payments until the full payment is received.
  6. If your payments fail on the due date, two months in a row (without prior communication from you), your mentoring contract will be terminated and no refund will be provided. You are still liable for the balance of your program and failure to pay may result in legal action.
  7. Clients are liable for any costs incurred for payment recovery, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, should legal action become necessary.
  8. Your investment applies exclusively to the program you have purchased. If you decide the program is no longer suitable for you, you are not eligible for a refund nor are you able to "swap" for a different product or service from us.
  9. We value open and transparent communication. Should you encounter challenges that are likely to affect timely payments, we remind you to communicate promptly with us at finance@lawofambition.com. By doing so, we can explore potential solutions together before considering termination.

UPGRADES

  1. Any and all upgrades to your program are effective immediately after full or partial payment has been made by you. 
  2. The new program agreement and terms replace any agreements that were in place for your previous contract.

RECORDING AND USE OF ZOOM CALLS

  1. By enrolling in the program, you consent to being recorded during sessions and agree that all testimonials, reviews, or data shared may be used at Law of Ambition’s discretion for marketing purposes. No royalties or compensation will be provided for such use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All materials, methodologies, strategies, templates, and content provided during the program remain the exclusive intellectual property of Law of Ambition. This includes but is not limited to training materials, worksheets, presentations, proprietary business methods, frameworks, and consulting methodologies.
  2. Clients may use these materials for their personal business use but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without express written permission from Law of Ambition. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in immediate program termination and legal action.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the program. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, personal details, and any other information marked or identified as confidential.
  2. The client understands that while individual sessions are confidential, aggregate data and anonymized insights may be used for program improvement and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to case studies, testimonials, and educational content.
  3. Law of Ambition agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose specific client details without express permission, except:
    1. As required by law
    2. In response to a valid court order
    3. To protect our rights or property
    4. To prevent harm to others
    5. As specifically permitted in these terms
  4. Clients agree not to disclose any proprietary information about Law of Ambition’s business methods, strategies, or operations learned during the program.
  5. The confidentiality obligations outlined in this section survive the termination of this agreement indefinitely.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

  1. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, United States of America. The client agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the California courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. Any legal proceedings shall take place in California, and the client waives any objection to such venue.

SEVERABILITY

  1. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Failure to abide by our terms and conditions will result in termination of your program. These terms are to ensure the best results for all clients and protect the integrity of our standards.
