Please note: All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products or services.


If a product is damaged or faulty:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product detailing the issue and providing us with your order number.
  • You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us
  • We will provide you with a replacement of the same item (depending on availability) or store credit towards a future purchase.
    • The store credit applied will be for the original purchase price and will not include any shipping charges.
    • The store credit will expire after 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers we may be running on our site.

To begin processing any type of return for a damaged or faulty item only, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by us, we can issue the exchange or in-store credit to your account.
